“ I have worked in diverse communities for over 14 years in Sheffield and Barnsley. Supporting and challenging the rights of people from vulnerable and marginalised communities.

My current role is Community Centre Coordinator for the Pat Midgley Community Hub. This includes day to day management of the centre, working in partnership with local service providers, coordinate activities, room hire bookings, promoting the centre within the wider community, services run from the centre and associated outreach services within the community including the Wybourn orchard and allotments.

 

I enjoy walking in the peak district with my family and vintage market stalls.

I’m looking forward to supporting and bringing communities together at the Pat Midgley Community Hub.”

Pat Midgley Community Hub currently has an interim management committee who are helping to lead the hub towards becoming a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) to include a board of trustees.
